Why You Need a Mom Coach

The idea of a mom coach is fairly new, so you may not know what it is and why you may need a mom coach, especially if you’re pregnant or recently became a mom.

A mom coach is not a parenting coach. A mom coach doesn’t give you parenting tips but focuses on the mother and her mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

The transition into motherhood brings up A LOT, and no matter where you are on your journey, you have probably experienced unresolved stuff coming up from your past to haunt you on top of daily stressors. Motherhood is like death and rebirth, and because of this intensity, it makes sense that it brings up past traumas and unresolved emotions.

This is the REAL reason why you need a mom coach. Parenting comes after, meaning that when you deal with these unresolved emotions, you’ll better respond to your triggers and listen to your intuition in parenting. A mom coach, or at least this is my approach, helps you heal your core wounds first and foremost.

And if you’re thinking that you haven’t been through any trauma and you have a good handle on your emotions, I invite you to rethink that. There is big trauma with the “T” and small trauma with the “t.” We have all been through small traumas, especially connected to how we grew up and how our parents raised us.

When you become a mom, you’ll inevitably think about your childhood. You’ll think about what your parents did that hurt you, what they didn’t give you, and how you want to parent differently. That being said, if you don’t take time and space to feel the emotions that come up and investigate the root cause, the thinking will remain on the surface level, and emotions will remain unresolved.

This is where my approach to mom coaching starts. My mom coaching is spiritual, and I work with energy. This means I can help you tap into the energy of these unresolved emotions and events and release them. I believe that is the best way to get you on your way to becoming the best mom you can be.

Once you let go of your past, you’ll make space to create your version of motherhood without being affected by how you were raised. You’ll be able to take the values that you want to bring with you and shape your own motherhood journey free from shackles. A good mom coach will not give you parenting tips but will help you tune into your intuition to make the best decisions for you and your family.

This is what I do. I help you look at the big picture of your life, see the repeating patterns, and break these cycles. The unique part of my work is that in addition to helping you heal your wounds, let go of your past, and remove limiting beliefs, I also show you your soul lessons, how they show up in your parenting challenges, and what you need to learn in this lifetime to become the best version of yourself so that you:

  • Step into your soul purpose and become the woman, mom, and leader you’re meant to be.

  • Enjoy prioritizing yourself and spending time with your kids and partner without overthinking.

  • Trust your intuition and make the best decisions for yourself and your family.

  • Embody your way of being an Empress Mama and create new legacies for yourself and your family.
