You won’t find a definition of the spiritual side of motherhood anywhere, so here I’ll tell you what it means to me as a mom coach and spiritual healer.

Motherhood was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening. After the birth of my son in 2019, I experienced postpartum depression and anxiety. I didn’t heal through traditional therapy but by dropping into the body and connecting with my emotions in the body with the guidance of the chakra system.

After I healed, I was gifted this beautiful healing energy that I am able to channel and pass on to the moms I work with. It’s not my energy. I’m only a channel for it, and it’s not a passive exchange. This energy accelerates the healing process if you fully trust it and are open to receiving and doing the work.

Motherhood didn’t just allow me to heal my anxiety—it also showed me my soul mission: to ambitious, spiritual women become the Empress Mama they’re meant to be. Here I want to share with you the divine lessons I learned about motherhood.

The spiritual journey of motherhood is in the power of creation.

First of all, when you become a mom, you create life, and this act of creation brings you closer to the power of Source, which is where everything in the Universe comes from. Your creative force that resides in the sacral chakra acquires a divine quality because creating life is divine, and you, mama, are a Goddess. Feel your Empress Mama feminine power grow!

The spiritual journey of motherhood is in the opportunity to heal yourself.

Motherhood brings all our fears and traumas to the surface. It happens because the transition to motherhood is a life-changing and very emotional experience. It’s painful to feel these wounds coming up out of the blue, but this is also an incredible opportunity to heal yourself—and, in doing so, you heal your children, ancestors, and future generations.

The spiritual journey of motherhood is in the divine energy of your children.

Before incarnating into the body, your child's soul was HOME, back to Source, so when the soul gets into the body (at some point during the pregnancy), your child carries that divine energy of Source. When you’re with your children, especially in the baby stage, remember they are divine beings who are learning about life on Earth. Be present and soak into their divine light!

The spiritual journey of motherhood is in your intuitive way of parenting your children.

Please, don’t trust parenting experts. There are NO parenting experts. You’re the only one who truly knows your children, and every child is different. If you go online to look for answers to your parenting struggles, you’ll never get them. Sure, you can find some useful info, but if you shut down the noise and listen to your intuition, you’ll find all that you need to be the best mon you can be.

The spiritual journey of motherhood is in the unique soul contract with your children.

We all have soul contracts that we make before incarnating in this lifetime, and these are based on the lessons that our souls chose to learn. Our children are our biggest teachers, and they come to help us heal major negative patterns that we have been carrying with us IF we’re willing to do the work. Look at what triggers you in parenting, and you’ll start to see the soul lessons you’re here to learn.
