Empress Mama - Voyage

For all stages of motherhood, from conception to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Here’s my unique method.

  • 1st step - To the roots (Earth)

    Earth is the process of getting to the roots. We’ll explore your family dynamics and belief system. You’ll become aware of your repeating patterns and how your past has shaped your present life and challenges (1 session dedicated to Earth).

  • 2nd step - Into the flow (Water)

    Water is the meeting with the unseen. You’ll receive an in-depth reading of your energy centers (chakras) to better understand your challenges, and you’ll uncover your soul lessons and purpose (1 session dedicated to Water).

  • 3rd step - Transformation (Fire)

    Fire is transformation. This part includes learning to feel safe in the body, deep chakra work, emotional release through breath and color, and inner child healing (2 sessions dedicated to Fire).

  • 4th step - Getting lighter (Air)

    Air is getting lighter by letting go of the limiting beliefs and stories that keep you heavy. Then, you’ll create the vision of the mom you want to be and take steps to embody her (2 sessions dedicated to Air).

  • 5h step - Divine Connection (Ether)

    Ether is a divine connection. In this part, we’ll explore how you connect with your intuition and how to develop it further. We’ll also look into the soul contract with your child or spirit baby (2 sessions dedicated to Ether).

1:1 Empress Mama - Voyage (8 weeks)

What’s included:

  • Pre-session questionnaire: a detailed ‘getting to know you’ form to fill out before we begin.

  • Reading of your energy centers, soul lessons, and purpose - $500 value

  • 8 hour-long 1:1 sessions with me (that’s one per week!) - $2,000 value

  • 5 elemental healing meditations (one for each element) - $500 value

  • Voxer support (messaging app) between sessions Monday to Friday - $500 value
